To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +92 309 777 9662 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team at +92 309 777 9662 with your order number and desired exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and send you the new item.
